Minnetonka, MN – October 12, 2017 – The Sierra Company LLC (“Sierra”), a leading provider of custom high performance specialty coatings, announces the acquisition of SureCrete Design Products (“SureCrete”). SureCrete, an innovative manufacturer of decorative and specialty concrete products, based in Dade City, Florida, provides over 1,400 specially formulated products to resurface floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, and structural castings. Ray Torres, CEO of Sierra, added, “Joining forces with SureCrete gives Sierra‘s concrete coatings business, marketed under TK Products, a strong presence in the Southeast and contributes to our overall mission to expand our sales footprint.
