Shane joined Tonka Bay in 2006. He was previously a manager at Deloitte & Touche and began his career with Arthur Andersen’s audit practice. Shane graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting. He is a CPA (inactive).
Personal
My favorite sports teams: Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 1987 Minnesota Twins.
My proudest athletic accomplishment: I’ve never had hole-in-one in golf, but I did get an “albatross” (double eagle) once.
My ideal vacation: Family vacation to a warm beach destination where my kids can play in the sand, enjoy sunshine and get some pool time.
My proudest career accomplishment: I once closed an investment in a new partner company and the sale of an existing one — on the same day!
My favorite thing about Tonka Bay: The amazing people both here and at our partner companies. It’s awesome to see the people we work with grow and succeed.
