Circuit Check Acquires Cimtek Inc.
Maple Grove, Minnesota – Circuit Check Inc. (CCI) is pleased to announce that on August 31, 2012 it acquired Cimtek Inc. of Burlington, Canada.
Circuit Check Inc., a leader in electronic test fixturing and interfacing solutions since 1979, entered the Engineering Services business in 2006, offering custom turnkey functional test solutions.
