MINNETONKA, MN (October 16, 2024) — Corporate Technologies, a Tonka Bay partner company, has acquired RSPN. Based in Cedar Falls, Iowa, RSPN is a regional provider of IT managed services, hosted services, and project support focused on small-to-medium sized businesses.
RSPN is Corporate Technologies’ second acquisition since partnering with Tonka Bay in 2023 and expands its footprint to 17 cities across the U.S.
