Fenix Announces Peter Kirton as CEO
MINNEAPOLIS, MN (March 16, 2026) Fenix Specialty Coatings is pleased to announce that Peter Kirton has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kirton succeeds Todd Schroeder, who has guided the company for the past four years through a period of strong performance, strategic acquisition, product innovation, and expanding customer value. Mr. Schroeder will continue to support the transition in an advisory role.
