Fenix Group Acquires TCI Coatings, Inc.
MINNETONKA, MN (September 1, 2021) – Fenix Group (“Fenix”) is pleased to announce it has acquired TCI Coatings, Inc. (“TCI”) in Lubbock, TX, a leader of specialty and high-performance coatings for industrial applications, serving Texas and surrounding states.
Fenix brands have been industry leaders for over 60 years in specialty high-performance coatings and concrete and decorative solutions for real-world challenges and has been focused on strategically acquiring premier brands to expand its manufacturing, sales, and distribution footprint.
