Sierra Acquires Burke Industrial Coatings
Minnetonka, Minn. – January 29, 2018 – The Sierra Company, LLC (“Sierra”) is pleased to announce it has acquired substantially all the business assets of Burke Industrial Coatings (“Burke”), a leader in the liquid stainless steel and antimicrobial industrial coatings industry.
Sierra is a global leader in specialty high-performance coatings and concrete solutions for real-world challenges. Sierra CEO, Ray Torres, stated “Burke has some unique technology that complements our specialty coatings product line and expands our product offerings within the high-performance coatings market for industrial and OEM applications. Burke Industrial Coatings was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Ridgefield, Washington.
