MINNETONKA, Minnesota (June 9, 2015) —Tonka Bay Equity Partners LLC (“Tonka Bay”) has announced an investment in Quest Events (“Quest” or the “Company”), a market leader in the rental, distribution, and logistics of drapery and related products for special events serving the hotel, hospitality, and entertainment industries. Tonka Bay has partnered with Minneapolis based private equity firm Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison (“GHJ&M”) along with Quest management to execute the growth strategy of the Company.
Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, Quest is a leader in drapery rental and related products serving the hotel, hospitality, and entertainment industries. Since its founding in 1998, the Company has grown to 16 locations across the United States by focusing on renting all types of specialty drapery to its customers in a timely and seamless manner.
