Zach Huston Promoted to Director
MINNETONKA, MN (August 1, 2023) — Tonka Bay Equity Partners announced today that Zach Huston has been promoted to Director at the firm.
Huston joined Tonka Bay in 2020. In his role at Tonka Bay, Huston sources, structures, and closes new investment opportunities and add-on acquisitions. He is also responsible for managing due diligence, financing relationships, and corporate governance of partner companies. In addition, Huston works closely with several existing partner companies, including E-Cloth, Professional Credit, and Corporate Technologies.

Prior to joining Tonka Bay, Huston was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Huston earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accountancy from the University of Nebraska. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
