Objective
The company’s founder sought liquidity in a manner that would keep current staff intact and position All Flex to continue growing and thriving in the local community.
Results
Tonka Bay acquired All Flex in 2007. Within four years, the company achieved significant bottom-line growth before being sold to a Minnesota-based buyer. All Flex remains at its original Northfield location and continues to be one of the community’s key employers.
