Cary cofounded Tonka Bay in 1998 after gaining valuable operating experience as a senior executive of a privately held manufacturing company. He previously worked in corporate finance at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo and started his career at Ernst & Young. Cary graduated from Saint John's University and attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a CPA (inactive).
